PP1

PP1 (Pre-Primary 1) at Highpeak Schools builds on the strong foundation laid in Playgroup and prepares learners for structured academic growth. At this stage, children develop early literacy and numeracy skills through engaging, hands-on activities aligned with the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC). Learners are introduced to letter sounds, basic writing skills, number recognition, counting, and simple problem-solving in a fun and supportive environment.

Beyond academics, PP1 focuses on social development, independence, and confidence building. Through group activities, creative arts, storytelling, music, and guided play, children strengthen communication skills and teamwork. Our caring and trained teachers ensure each learner receives individual attention, helping them grow emotionally, socially, and academically as they prepare for PP2 and primary school.
